This policy applies to MOA Place's corporate website, www.moaplace.com.

1. Personal data we collect

This site has no sign-up functionality, uses no cookies, and does not collect or store visitors' personal data.

2. Email enquiries

If you contact us by email (contact@moaplace.com), your email address and message are used solely to reply to you and for no other purpose. Correspondence is kept for up to one year after your enquiry is resolved and then deleted, unless a longer period is required by law.

3. Privacy in our services

Personal data handling in services operated by MOA Place, such as Koroute and WellHour, is governed by the privacy policy published separately within each service.

4. Your rights

You may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal data by writing to contact@moaplace.com. We will respond within the periods required by law.

5. Visitors from the EEA and UK (GDPR/UK GDPR)

If you contact us from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, your personal data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Transfers to the Republic of Korea are protected by appropriate safeguards under Art. 46 GDPR.
